Absolutely! In fact, over 80% of our listings are sold by agents from other brokerages. Real estate agents have a professional obligation to show their clients homes that meet their criteria and interests—regardless of the commission offered.
Real estate professionals are bound by ethical guidelines to act in the best interest of their clients. When a buyer enters into a buyer brokerage agreement, they trust that their agent will prioritize their needs above all else, including the financial aspects of the transaction. Yes, absolutely! One Percent Realty listings are displayed everywhere other listings are. Your home will be featured on MLS®, Realtor.ca, and a wide range of other third-party real estate websites, ensuring maximum exposure.
All buyers—regardless of which brokerage they work with—will be able to see your property. Our listings receive the same visibility and reach as those from traditional brokerages, so rest assured, your home will be seen by the right buyers.
With our comprehensive marketing strategy and broad online presence, your home will have the exposure it needs to attract interested buyers, just like any other listing.
“Can I Offer A Higher Commission to a Buyer’s Agent?
While our system is based on a low flat fee or 1% of the selling price, you do have the option to offer a higher commission to the buyer's agent. Buyers' agents show properties that match their client's needs, regardless of the commission. They prioritize their client's best interests over commission.
That said, if you want to make your listing more appealing to buyers' agents, you do have the option to offer a higher commission. This is entirely up to you and can be adjusted based on your preferences. The listing-side commission, however, remains the same low flat fee—it will not change.
