Commission Structure for Homes Under $400,000

• Total Commission: $7,950 (plus HST*)
  • $3500 to the Listing Agent
  • $3500 to the Buyer’s Agent
  • $950 Brokerage Fees (due on closing and disbursed by your legal representative)

• Total Commission: $9,950 (plus HST*)
  • $4,500 to the Listing Agent

Commission Structure for Homes Over $900,000

• Total Commission: 1% of the Sale Price + $950 (plus HST*)
  • 0.5% of the Sale Price goes to the Listing Agent
  • 0.5% of the Sale Price goes to the Buyer’s Agent
  • $950 Expense Fee (due on closing and disbursed by your legal representative)
